1. Price may be reconsidered towards increase. It depends on complex customs cervices of specified goods. The price is agreed by parties of Contract and confirmed by Act of Contract of customehouse broker services.

3. Payments are effected in accordance with Clause 3 of the Agreement “PROCEDURE OF SETTLEMENTS AND TARIFFS”
